In case your product is damaged within the warranty period, we will first need to assess the damage. In case the product can be repaired due to a minor defect, we’ll send you the spare part, along with a step-by-step guide to help you fix-up your Bag or you can visit any nearby reliable Bag repair shop along with the spare parts. Just send us an email, and we'll guide you through the quick and simple process of replacing the parts yourself.

- Please make sure you keep your proof of purchase safe and sound! You’ll need it to avail your warranty.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transportation incidents.
- If a replacement for the product is required and the original item is unavailable, We will provide a comparable alternative. Please note that any price difference or unavailability of a similar product will not be the responsibility of ICON.
