Refund & Return Policy

We've kept a flexible returns policy so that just in case the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it back at no cost to you whatsoever. So feel free to have the product shipped to your address for testing it before deciding to keep it.

Note:

• Returns accepted only within designated return window.
• No returns accepted once return window is closed.

• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of your product.
• Products must be unused & in their original condition.
• All accompaniments like original tags & original packaging (dust bags & boxes) must be returned.

• Please share your details in the link provided by point 4.
• Once your returned product is received, you will receive an email confirmation on whether your return has been accepted.
• Product cost refund will be processed back to your bank account within 7 business days by our payment gateway & bank.

• Once returns are accepted, original shipping cost is refunded (if charged) and return shipping is borne by us.
• Monogrammed Bags are also part of the same return policy.

• Bag needs to be packed back in the box with tape and handed to the pickup executive. If original box is not available, pack in a suitable carton.
• Pickups are scheduled 1-2 days post-confirmation with the customer.
• Returns handled directly by shipping vendor (e.g., Delhivery). Vendor contacts the customer directly.

• Replacement dispatch starts as soon as earlier luggage is picked up.
• Approx. 7 days for new luggage to reach you.
• Exchanges with price difference settled via net banking.

For pre-paid orders canceled before shipping, product cost refund will be processed within 7 business days via our payment gateway & bank.

• Orders can be canceled at any time by email request.
• If order is in transit, declining delivery will cancel and return product.

Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are eligible for exchange or replacement only in case of manufacturing defect. Requests based on other reasons are not accepted at sale price.
