Luggage
We offer an domestic warranty against manufacturing defects of 3 years for our hard luggage products
OUTER LUGGAGE SHELL
What is covered:Manufacturing defects such as shell cracks.What is not covered: Damages caused to your Bags due to airline mishandling or accidents.Regular wear & tear of using the product or improper use of the luggageDiscoloration due to use of unspecified chemical / cleaning material.
LOCKS
If the number lock is not opening whether it is on default setting 0-0-0 or reset as per user choice number , then it will be not be taken into warranty consideration as it is the external part and most prone element of the trolley and can be changed by any third party and so is not claimmable.
ZIPPER
What is covered: Zipper damage and malfunction What is not covered: Zipper damage due to over packing / overload
OTHER PARTS (TROLLEY, WHEELS, HANDLE)
What is covered: Functional damages like breakage, trolley button not working properly, Lock & Wheel malfunctionWhat is not covered: Damages caused due to airline mishandling or accidents.Regular wear & tear of using the product or improper use of the luggage.
Shopping Trolley
- The warranty of shopping trolley bag covers -
any manufacturing
Defect* in main frame which is made up of either iron or aluminium
Warranty doesn't cover any damage due to mishandling or accidental situation or carry more then recommended weight.
Warranty doesn’t cover any item which is made up of plastic, rubber, eva also not cover polish or any coating on frame or any type of fabric item attached or fitted herewith
Warranty also doesn’t cover any consumable part which has a certain life which depends on uses or has recurring in nature or needs change after a certain time of uses such as wheels, bags etc.
The frame under warranty will be repaired if possible otherwise be replaced.
*MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
It covers any defect in main frame due to which normal application of cart is not possible or accessories are not possible to fix such as wheel is not fitting in the frame or defective structure of the frame etc.
Soft bags and accessories
We offer a domestic warranty against manufacturing defects of 12 months for our soft bags and accessories.
Here’s a breakdown of what is covered in the warranty:
WHAT IS COVERED
Functional damages like zipper damage, Lock malfunction.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Regular wear & tear of using the product or improper use of the bag.Discoloration due to use of unspecified chemical / cleaning material
Quick fixes
In case your product is damaged within the warranty period, we will first need to assess the damage. In case the product can be repaired due to a minor defect, we’ll send you the spare part, along with a step-by-step guide to help you fix-up your Bag or you can visit any nearby reliable Bag repair shop along with the spare parts. Just send us an email, and we'll guide you through the quick and simple process of replacing the parts yourself.
General Warranty T&C
- Please make sure you keep your proof of purchase safe and sound! You’ll need it to avail your warranty.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transportation incidents.
- If a replacement for the product is required and the original item is unavailable, We will provide a comparable alternative. Please note that any price difference or unavailability of a similar product will not be the responsibility of EverBest.
