What is Everbest's return policy?
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 3 days, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Simply contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order, share your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the pickup and refund/exchange process.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available across India. Please note that a COD convenience fee of ₹500 is applicable on cash on delivery orders, which will be added to your total order value at checkout.
